Trinity highlights
Palm fronds will be distributed during Sunday worship with Holy Communion at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., which begins at 9:30 a.m. Gluten-free wafers are available to those with allergy issues. The Rev. Nancy Moore presides. Vicar Rich Bergen assists. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.
Sunday church school for students ages 3 through grade six begins at 10:45 a.m. Weather permitting, the annual Palm Sunday procession around the block is planned. There will be a group photo opportunity followed by seasonal activities.
Maundy Thursday worship with Holy Communion will be at 7 p.m. March 29. Good Friday worship is 7 p.m. March 30.
For those desiring to arrange a baptismal date, the Rev. Moore will share information at noon on April 15. For those desiring church membership, an informational session will be held at noon April 22. Contact the church office in advance at 610-377-4303 to confirm either date.
“Breaking Bread” Youth Group for students in grades 7-12 will meet in the Youth Room from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday. Led by Vicar Bergen, the group has supper, Bible study with discussion and a service project.

Bethany EC Church, 222 North St. holds Sunday worship with the Rev. Jeff Stansbury, pastor.
Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages, including adult Bible study class, fellowship time at 10:15 a.m., Palm Sunday worship at 10:45 a.m., preschool nursery available and Jr. Church provided for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Monday: Kids Club, 6-7:15 p.m.
Tuesday: Ladies Bible study, 10 a.m. at Blocker’s residence.
Thursday: Men’s Bible study at McDonald’s, 5:15 a.m.; choir practice, 7 p.m.
Friday: Wrapped in Prayer Ministry.
