Schuylkill County judges revoked the parole status of three offenders charged by local police.

Judge James P. Goodman revoked the parole of Melissa L. Baer, 23, of Shenandoah, but granted her immediate parole again because she was due to deliver her baby soon.

Baer was charged by Tamaqua police on April 16, 2013.

Goodman had placed Baer on parole on April 23, 2014, after she pleaded guilty to simple assault and disorderly conduct. Charges of additional simple assault and a charge of recklessly endangering another person were dropped.

She was sentenced to 23 months on parole.

But Baer violated the terms of her parole, and Goodman revoked it on March 7, 2016, and sentenced her to four to 23 months in prison followed by 12 months on probation.

Allison J. Sanders, 38, of Harrisburg, was charged by Tamaqua police in five cases spanning May 28, 2015, to Sept. 8, 2015.

Judge John E. Domalakes revoked her probation and parole after she violated the terms of both, and sentenced her to up to two years in state prison.

Sanders pleaded guilty on April 20, 2016, to possession of a controlled substance, retail theft, forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was sentenced to 226 days to 23 months in prison followed by 12 months on probation.

Nicole M. Porter, 33, of East Stroudsburg, was charged by Pottsville police with possessing drugs on March 31, 2015.

Domalakes revoked her parole and ordered her to remain in jail until May 7.

Porter originally pleaded guilty on Jan. 12, 2017, to possession of a controlled substance. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dropped.

Porter was sentenced to three to 12 months in jail. She was granted parole on Oct. 26, 2017, but violated the terms.
