Bethany EC Church

Bethany EC Church, 222 North St. holds Sunday worship with the Rev. Jeff Stansbury, pastor.

Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages, including adult Bible study class, fellowship time at 10:15 a.m., morning worship at 10:45 a.m., preschool nursery available and Jr. Church provided for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.

Monday: Kids Club, 6-7:15 p.m.

Tuesday: Ladies Bible study, 10 a.m. at Blocker’s residence.

Thursday: Men’s Bible study at McDonald’s, 5:15 a.m.; choir practice, 7 p.m.

Friday: Wrapped in Prayer Ministry, 7 p.m.

• April 20, 6 p.m., Game Night, church fellowship hall.

Crossroads Community Church

Crossroads Community Church, 580 Coal St., holds Sunday worship service with Pastor Claudio Ruba. It is a place for a fresh start with God.

Adult Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.; contemporary worship service at 10:30 a.m. with nursery available; children’s Sunday school at 11 a.m.; fellowship following service.

Tuesday: Adult Bible study at 6:30 p.m., currently studying the book of 1 Peter.

Saturday: Men’s Fellowship Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Meet at the Boulevard.

Communion: Last Sunday of the month.

Trinity highlights

First Saturday worship with Holy Communion at Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, begins at 5 p.m. Gluten-free wafers are available to those with allergy issues. The Rev. Allison de Forest presides. Vicar Rich Bergen assists.

Youth Sunday worship will be celebrated Sunday starting at 9:30 a.m. with music provided by the Trinity Praise Band. Vicar Bergen presides, youth group members assist. Coffeehouse fellowship follows.

Sunday church school classes for students ages 3 through sixth grade begin at 10:45 a.m.

For those desiring to arrange a baptismal date, the Rev. Moore will share information April 15 at noon. For those desiring church membership, an informational session will be held at noon April 22. Please contact the church office in advance at 610-377-4303 to confirm either date.
