Route 715 closed
Barriers close Route 715 near Effort-Neola Road on Friday morning because of a car that struck a utility pole. Police said Mari Woodland, 61 of Stroudsburg was traveling south on Route 715 at 6:21 a.m. when she swerved to avoid debris and hit the pole.
