Bombers’ Kralik heading to St. Vincent
Palmerton’s Kyle Kralik will be attending St. Vincent University to continue his academic and football careers.
St, Vincent is a Division 3 school located in Latrobe, Pa.
Kralik was a two-year starter for the Bombers at center and defensive end, serving as a team captain his senior year.
This past season, Kralik had 119 tackles (77 of them solo), 24 tackles for loss, and 14 quarterback sacks. He also had three quarterback hurries, three pass deflections, one forced fumble, and one recovered fumble. He averaged 10.8 tackles per game.
Kralik’s huge senior season earned him a spot on the 2017 Class 2A All-State team as a defensive lineman. Kralik was also selected Colonial League first team center and defensive end; was the Time News Defensive Lineman of the Year also made the TN All-Star team as offensive lineman; was an AllEasternPAfootball.com first team defensive lineman; was an Easton Express Times first team defensive lineman; and was an Allentown Morning Call second team defensive lineman.
In addition to football, Kralik was a member of the Blue Bombers’ wrestling team and also was a member of the student council.
The son of Shane and Johnette Kralik, Kyle plans to major in education at St. Vincent University.
