Crash closes West White Bear Drive

West White Bear Drive in Summit Hill was closed  due to a crash involving utility lines. The crash occurred about 4:30 p.m. in front of or near 472 West White Bear Drive. A motorist apparently lost control, entering the north berm and snapping off a utility pole. The pole came to rest across the roadway bringing down utility and power lines with it. Summit Hill police are investigating the incident. Summit Hill fire police are maintaining traffic control at the scene.
