Panther Valley student threatens to ‘shoot up school’

A Panther Valley Middle School student who reportedly threatened to “shoot up the school” is facing charges of terroristic threats and has since been removed from the school, according to Summit Hill police.

Police said the incident happened on April 27.

Police said several students who heard the boy make the statements alerted school officials and the police.

Police said the student is facing disciplinary and criminal charges.
