Lehighton police report on incidents

Lehighton Police Department reported a total of 38 incidents for the month of April.

They include: 11 for DUI; three for disorderly conduct and theft by unlawful taking; two for possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of heroin; possession of marijuana; unlawful delivery or manufacture of methamphetamine; and bad check; and one for simple assault; burglary; false identification to law enforcement; public drunkenness; resisting arrest; retail theft; terroristic threats; theft by deception; and use or possession of tobacco in school.
