Vehicle loan

Americredit Financial Services, 801 Cherry St., Fort Worth, Texas, filed an action against Mark Moyer, 832 Main Road, Lehighton, alleging he defaulted on motor vehicle purchase agreement. Sought is $4,604.95.

Slip/fall suit

Iris Burgos-Miller and Frank Miller, 2652 Adirondack Drive, Blakeslee, filed a civil action against Stablis Split Rock JV, 7678 Fifth Ave., New York, New York, dba Split Rock JV Resorts and Vacation Charters, and Westwood at Split Rock Estates, all of 100 Moseywood Road, Lake Harmony.

The suit states on May 4, 2015, Iris Burgos-Milelr was an invited guest at the resort and using a Jacuzzi and hot tub when she was caused to slip and fall sustaining injuries detailed in the suit.

Negligence is alleged against the defendants and sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.

Note default

Mauch Chunk Trust Company, 1111 North St., Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Eagle Transport Group Inc., 25 Liberty St., Tamaqua, and Thomas S. and Sandra M.
