Brockton woman cited for mischief

A Schuylkill Township woman is facing a charge of criminal mischief after an incident in May in Tamaqua.

According to police, Jessica Lynn Moyer, 31, of 223 Valley St., Brockton, admitted she backed into a window at Steph's Style Studio, 113 W. Broad St., on May 14 while arguing with a man after a visit to Freddy's Pub.

Damage to the plate glass window is estimated at $1,646. Moyer was advised she will be responsible for the damages.
