Bowmanstown theft under investigation

State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned to investigate a theft incident that happened between 7:30 p.m. June 13 and 10 a.m. June 14 in Bowmanstown.

The victim is a 50-year-old woman who lives on Ore Street.

Police said someone stole money, a cellphone and a longboard from the residence.
