Camelback Lodge fall victim identified

A New York man, 29, has been identified as the victim who fell from a balcony at Camelback Lodge overnight Thursday.

Just before 7 a.m. on Friday, the body of Saul Salcedo was discovered on the grounds of the Camelback Lodge, according to Monroe County Coroner Thomas Yanac.

Salcedo, 29, was a guest of the lodge.

Yanac said that it appeared as though Salcedo accidentally fell from a sixth floor balcony.

No cause or manner of death was available. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
