Driver cited after vehicle stop
A driver was cited for drug possession following a vehicle stop in Carbon County.
State police at Lehighton said Cody William Kostro, 22, of Slatington, was stopped at 7:35 a.m. on June 18 along Route 248 eastbound near the Palmerton exit for a traffic violation. As a result, Kostro was found to have in his possession marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
