Lehighton’s Haberman headed to Marywood

Lehighton’s Emily Haberman will continue her academic and athletic career at Marywood University where she will play volleyball.

Haberman was a two-year member of the varsity team. A setter, she was the team’s MVP and Scholar Athlete while also amassing 1,000 career assists.

In addiiton, to volleyball, Haberman also played softball at Lehighton.

Off the court, Haberman was involved in Show Choir, Concert Choir, Drama Club, Student Forum, Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership and the LAHS Newspaper. The daughter of Terry and Jennifer Haberman, Emily will study to become a Physician’s Assistant at Marywood.
