Whitehall woman facing possession charge

State police at the Lehighton barracks said a 29-year-old Whitehall woman is facing a charge of possession of a controlled substance as a result of an incident at 1:15 p.m. July 3.

Police said Samantha L. Urzua was found to be in possession of a controlled substance on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
