Maryland man’s body found in lake

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating an incident they are calling an accidental death.

It happened between 7:30 and 11:01 p.m. July 2 in Jackson Township.

Police said the body of Gerald Karey, 75, of Maryland, was found in the lake in the 1200 block of Mountain Spring Drive.

Police said he was reported to be missing before the death being determined.
