Schuylkill driver charged in Lehigh

A Schuylkill County driver is facing charges in Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Ira Keith Miller, of Shenandoah, was stopped at 9:11 p.m. on June 20 along Interstate 78, east of Route 100, in Upper Macungie Township for traffic violations.

At the stop Miller was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of marijuana.

Charges of DUI and drug possession have been filed against Miller, troopers said.
