Colored pencil classes

The Tamaqua Community Art Center, 125 Pine St., Tamaqua, will host three upcoming classes by The Pencilin’ Peddler, Amy Joanne Mogish.

The classes will include two “Chalk and Chews” on Sept. 26 and Oct. 24, and a Halloween-themed workshop on Sept. 29.

“Uncle Joe’s Chicken” is the theme for the class on Sept. 26, while “Never Fly Solo” is the theme on Oct. 24. Both classes will begin at 6:30 p.m.

The Halloween-themed class will begin at 9:30 a.m.

The fees will include everything needed to create your individualized art work and a treat from Pamcakes or Sweet Treats, both of Tamaqua.
