Slip/fall suit
Barbara A. Cahill, 30 Hemlock Trail, Lehighton, has filed a slip/fall suit against Walmart Superstore, 1731 Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East, Lehighton, and its corporate headquarters.
The suit states on July 25, 2016, the plaintiff was at the store when she was caused to slip and fall on wet carpet at the entrance/exit of the store. Negligence is alleged for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit.
Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.
