    Sgt. Michael Dugan of the Pennsylvania State Police places framed photos of three officers at the base of the first responders memorial in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Monday. Dugan is the captain of the Jim Thorpers Bicycle Team that makes the annual 65-mile ride from Philadelphia to Atlantic City to raise money for fallen first responders and children’s charities. The photos represent fallen officers that team members had worked with: Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Joshua D. Miller and Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner.
