Holter earns doctorate at Alvernia

Joseph Solarczyk and Kathy Holter of Tamaqua have announced the graduation of Dr. Janene Holter from Alvernia University in Reading on May 12 with a doctorate in philosophy, leadership and community. She graduated summa cum laude.

Holter is a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School.

She is employed by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General as a senior supervisory special agent with the Office of Public Engagement.
