Hometown girl donates hair to locks of Love

    Haley Argust, 10, daughter of Bob and Michele Argust of Hometown, decided to have her hair cut for the very first time and donated it to the Locks of Love program. Haley says she decided to donate her hair “to help kids feel better.” Her new hairstyle was created by Martha DiBuo of Purrfect Reflections Salon in Tamaqua. Locks of Love is a nonprofit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under the age of 21, who suffer from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
