Free clothing days in Slatington

The Slatington Baptist Church announces the schedule for its 22nd annual free clothing days.

If you have clothing you would like to donate, call to arrange a drop-off time.

The distribution schedule is as follows: Ladies clothing only, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday.

All types of clothing will be given out on: 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Aug. 13; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 14; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Aug. 15; and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 16.

The Slatington Baptist Church is located at 509 Main St. in Slatington. Clothing will be available for babies, children, teens, ladies and men in many sizes to choose from and everything is for free. You may bring your own bags to fill with clothing.

The first two hours of each day get very crowded, so if possible please don’t bring strollers or young children during that time. For more information please call 610-767-6276 or the church at 610-767-9775.
