Spitting on door leads to charges
A Schuylkill County man has been charged with disorderly conduct for spitting on a door in his hometown.
State police at Frackville said Scott Andrew Roche, 23, of Girardville, was charged after a video recording showed him spitting on the front dooron South Williams Street at about 4 p.m. Saturday. The resident is a 29-year-old female.
