Man cited for harassment

Tamaqua Police cited Zachary T. Murphy, 20, of 126 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, for repeatedly calling his former apartment building manager.

Murphy previously resided at an apartment complex owned and operated by ABC Properties and was angry because his security deposit wasn't reimbursed when he moved. The deposit wasn't reimbursed due to his failing to fulfill the contract he signed.

Murphy was cited for harassment by communication.
