Northern Lehigh School Board

Northern Lehigh School Board took the following action last week:

• Approved the Memorandum of Understanding updating the language in the appendix of the Northern Lehigh Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement. The language clarifies helping teachers stipend for when an inductee had multiple building assignments.

• Granted Bryan Geist permission to attend the PIAA Playoff Inequity and Possible Solutions Conference July 24, at State College.

• Granted Matthew Link permission to attend the PASA New Superintendents’ Academy, Part 2, System Leadership Conference, Sept. 26-27, at the PASA Offices in Harrisburg.

• Granted Scott Gerould permission to attend the 97th Annual PA State Association for Health, PE, Recreation & Dance Convention, Nov. 8-10, at Seven Springs.

• Granted Joseph Tout permission to attend the University of Pittsburgh: College in High School Conference, Sept. 25, in Pittsburgh.
