Altercation after crash

State police at Stroudsburg reported three people were involved in an altercation after a motor vehicle crash with harassment charges pending.

Troopers said the crash occurred around 4 p.m. on Sunday along Interstate 80 in Pocono Township. The people involved in the dispute were identified as Thurman E. Flood, 31, Claire Mikaela Rivers, 27, and Jeffrey Adames, 38, all of Tobyhanna.
