Oil drums dumped on land in Towamensing

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a scattering of rubbish in Towamensing Township.

The incident was reported at 1:43 p.m. July 12. Police said someone unlawfully dumped oil drums on the victim's property on Old Forest Street.
