Summit Hill man charged for assault

A Summit Hill man has been charged after he assaulted a person.

Summit Hill police were dispatched to the 100 block of West Fell Street just after 8:30 p.m. on July 21 for a report by a person that he had been assaulted by Robert Curtiss, 38, ofEast Ludlow Street.

Curtiss was charged with harassment.
