Tamaqua art center offers baking classes

Pamkakes and the Tamaqua Community Art Center will offer three upcoming classes based on designing cake frosting and cookies.

A class on buttercream frosting designs will be held on Tuesday. The fee will include a cake and all supplies.

Cookie designing classes will be held on Oct. 9, featuring Halloween designs; and Nov. 20, with a Christmas theme.

All classes will begin at 6 p.m. The art center is located at 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.
