Woman to be cited after East Penn dispute
State police at the Lehighton barracks said they will file harassment charges against a 41-year-old woman from Lehighton who was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical at 10:31 p.m. Aug. 1.
The incident happened at on West Lizard Creek Road in East Penn Township.
Police did not release the woman's name.
