Man charged for yelling at contractor
Summit Hill police cited a borough resident after he yelled at a contractor.
Mark Freed, 45, ofWest Fell Street, was charged with harassment after police were called to the 100 block of East White Street just before noon on July 28.
Police said that Freed was yelling derogatory remarks at a contractor who was in the area at the time.
