Woman endangers welfare of child
A Monroe County woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident at 8:35 a.m. Sept. 7.
State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to the 1300 block of Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township for a report pertaining to an attempt to locate two children.
Troopers said they made contact with a neighbor who had the children in her custody.
As a result of an investigation, Lydia Breckenrid, 25, of Gilbert, was charged with the two counts of endangering.
