Children’s mask-making workshop Oct. 13
A children’s mask-making workshop will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Pocono Arts Council, 18 N. Seventh St. in Stroudsburg.
Have fun creating your own 2018 Halloween Mask using a variety of materials. Create a one-of-a-kind, fanciful, imagined and or never seen before disguise that will change your personality when you wear it.
