Schuylkill County court — ARD

Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has accepted six people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

The acceptance is not an admission of guilt. If the person successfully completes the program, his or her charges may be expunged.

Zachary Leonard, 32, of Conyngham, Lucerne County, was charged by Rush Township police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 6, 2017.

Baldwin accepted Leonard into ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered Leonard to perform 10 hours of community service.

Brittany Orlando, 31, of Berwick, Columbia County, was charged by McAdoo police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 18, 2017.

Baldwin accepted Orlando into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered Orlando to perform 10 hours of community service.

Jomar Rosa, 26, of McAdoo, was charged by borough police with defiant trespass on Jan. 7, 2018.

Baldwin accepted Rosa into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.

Acmed R. Ventura, 29, of McAdoo, was charged by borough police with simple assault and harassment on Jan. 1, 2018.

Baldwin accepted Ventura into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.

Baldwin also fined Ventura $25 on the harassment charge.

Bradley S. Warnick, 36, of Tamaqua, was charged by borough police with theft and receiving stolen property in Jan. 22, 2018.

Baldwin accepted Warnick into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.

Steven P. Campbell, 49, of Tamaqua, was charged by borough police with possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 18, 2018.

Baldwin accepted Campbell into ARD for 12 months, and ordered her to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program. Baldwin also ordered him to perform 10 hours of community service.
