Carbon man cited for dog law violation
A Carbon County man his been cited for a dog law violation.
State police at Fern Ridge said Bernard J. Pawlewicz, of Albrightsville, was cited for confinement of dogs when he allowed his two dogs to leave his residence unleashed along Mindy Lane. One dog, a pit bull, jumped on another resident's vehicle.
The incident occurred around 4 p.m. Saturday.
