Two cited for conduct at Monroe business

Two Monroe County residents were cited for causing a disturbance at a county business.

State police at Fern Ridge said Vanessa T. Wong, 26, and Deborah J. Wong-Fermin, 47, both of Effort, entered the Brooklyn Bagels business in the Mountain Crest Plaza in Chestnuthill Township, at 12:43 p.m. Aug. 18. While in the shop the two threw a bagel sandwich at an employee while using obscene language.

Both were issue citations for harassment and disorderly conduct, troopers said.
