October 26, 1968 - Tom Andregic scores a pair of touchdowns and Marian’s defense pitches a shutout in the Colts’ 26-0 victory over Northwestern. Andregic opens the scoring with a 35-yard TD run in the first quarter and reaches the end zone again in the final frame from 33 yards out. The winners, coached by Jack Malarkey, also receive a couple of touchdown passes. Frank Yusella tosses a 10-yard scoring strike to Pat McMullen, while Matt Welsh throws a 24-yard halfback pass to Tom Saladyga. Jim Kane’s interception ends a Tiger scoring threat and helps preserve the shutout.
