Schuylkill County court — ARD

Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin has accepted three people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.

If they successfully complete the program, their records may be expunged.

All are required to pay court costs and fees.

Tyler J. Hauck, 23, of Lansford: Charged by state police at Frackville with driving under the influence, DUI — highest rate of alcohol, disregarding traffic lanes, failure to drive at a safe speed, careless driving, failure to use safety belt — driver and vehicle occupant, on June 25, 2017.

Baldwin placed Hauck in ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $500 to offset the cost of the program.

Martin A. Venable, 20, of Bushkill: Charged by Penn State University police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 4, 2017.

Baldwin placed Venable in ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.

Bradley S. Warnick, 36, of Tamaqua: Charged by Tamaqua police with theft and receiving stolen property on Jan. 22, 2018.

Baldwin placed Warnick in ARD for 12 months, and ordered him to pay $350 to offset the cost of the program.
