Tamaqua citations

Tamaqua Police report the following citations:

• Alexzandria Lynn Uhlman, 26, of East Bertsch Street, Lansford, was charged with retail theft after she attempted to steal a pair of leggings from the Family Dollar Store in Tamaqua.

Employees caught Uhlman with the $6 pair of leggings in her pocket after the store’s alarm went off at 6:09 p.m.

• Daryl James Lubeski, 33, of the 200 block of Pine Street, Tamaqua, was charged with harassment after a domestic dispute on Nov. 1. He reportedly pulled his victim’s hair and bruised her arm during an argument.

• Craig Neveu, 32, of Mahanoy City, was charged with public drunkenness on Nov. 3. Police were called to Boyer’s Food Mart, at 7:55 a.m. for an intoxicated man. Neveu said he was just tired, not intoxicated.

He spent several hours in jail before getting a ride to a friend’s in Summit Hill.
