November 12, 1988 — Cory Sheridan scores four touchdowns and Panther Valley’s defense forces five turnovers in gaining a 47-19 victory over Bishop O’Hara. Sheridan, who finishes the contest with 14 carries for 163 yards, gets PV on the board first with a 5-yard TD run in the opening quarter. He will later add scoring runs of 31, 4, and 13 yards. The Panthers, coached by Tom Bonner, also receive a 74-yard touchdown toss from Erik Pecha to Tommy Miller, and 1-yard scoring runs from Bob Thomas and Bill Maynard.
