LCCC to offer noncredit cooking classes

Through partnerships with Parkland, Catasauqua and Whitehall school districts, Lehigh Carbon Community College will offer a variety of noncredit cooking classes to the community on a flexible schedule.

Locations vary; additional materials fees may apply and are payable to the instructor.

30-Minute Meals: Sept. 28, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Knife Skills: Oct. 5, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Cheeses of Europe: Oct. 12, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Cheesemaking I: Oct. 19, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Cheesemaking II: Oct. 26, 7 to 9:30 p.m.

Vegetarian Comfort Food: Oct. 26, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Kiffles: Dec. 6, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Kiffles: Dec. 7, 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Soup du Jour: Dec. 14, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Nut Roll: Dec. 20, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
