Monroe man facing threats charge

A Monroe County man is facing charges of terroristic threats and simple assault as the result of a domestic abuse incident.

State police at Fern Ridge said Joshua David Pieri, 25, of 273 Gap View Drive, in Jackson Township, was charged after troopers received a complaint from a 44-year-old woman who said that Pieri, her boyfriend, abused her during the time frame of Aug. 18 to 25 on multiple occasions. The victim said Pieri threatened her with a gun and physically assaulted her on two occasions.
