Traffic stops lead to drug charges

Traffic stops have led to drug charges filed against the drivers.

• State police at Lehighton said Joel Ryan Marsh, 36, no address given, was stopped along Route 209 in Polk Township, Monroe County, about 7 p.m. on Nov. 12. An investigation revealed Marsh had drug paraphernalia in his possession. Charges will be filed.

• On Nov. 14 about 10:30 p.m. Chris Kevin Childs, 20, no address given, was stopped along Squirellwood Court, in Polk Township. An investigation revealed Childs was in possession of marijuana.

• On Nov. 15 about 4:27 p.m. a 48-year-old man from Milford Township, Bucks County, who troopers declined to identify, was stopped in front of 8315 Interchange Road in Towamensing Township, Carbon County. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
