Theft of truck tailgate probed

State police at Lehighton are investigating the theft of a tailgate from a pickup.

Troopers said on Nov. 26 around 11 a.m. they responded to a residence along Meixell Valley Road in Ross Township, Monroe County. A 59-year-old Saylorsburg man, reported someone stole the tailgate of his black Chevrolet S10 pickup truck.
