Dog owners cited

State police at Lehighton cited dog owners for violations:

• They issued the citations after an incident at 8:15 a.m.Sunday in the area ofHorseshoe Lane in East Penn Township.

Cited were a 25-year-old woman, a 29-year-old man and a 55-year-old man, all from Lehighton.

Police, who did not release names, said they failed to keep their dogs confined within the premises of their property.

• Police also cited Todd Eric Dowling, 42, of Kunkletown, for not confining his dog.

The incident happened at 8:45 a.m. Sept. 17 at 107 Kings Lane, Eldred Township.
