Schuylkill driver facing DUI charge
A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident on June 23 at 6:43 p.m.
State police at Frackville said Francis Weikel, 48, of Girardville was stopped at East Main and West Main streets in Girardville for operating a vehicle with a suspended license. At the stop Weikel was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges were filed, troopers said.
