Inmate headed back to NJ on warrants

Published December 11. 2018 09:06AM

A Carbon County inmate is being sent back to New Jersey after police learned there were two active warrants out for her arrest in the state.

On Nov. 23, Nesquehoning police were at the Carbon County Correctional Facility when a correctional officer informed officers that an inmate, Robin Gay Dail, 55, had an out-of-state warrant for her arrest.

The warrants from Warren, New Jersey, were for theft and calling 911 without needing emergency services after she failed to appear in court.

Dail told police that she was aware of the warrants.
