Neighbors' dispute leads to citation

A dispute between neighbors in Coaldale on Sept. 9 led to a citation for one of the participants.

Kristina Horn of the 100 block of Sixth Street was cited for disorderly conduct after she used obscene language while arguing with a neighbor, police said.
