Various items seized from burglary scene

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a burglary that was reported at 12:32 a.m. Sept. 22 in Ross Township.

The incident happened at a residence on Winter Way. The victim is a resident of Linden, New Jersey.

Police identified a suspect in the case as a 43-year-old man from East Stroudsburg, who they said gained access to the victim's home, where he was staying without the homeowner's permission.

Police said a blue Yamaha ATV, a Craftsman snowblower, a Honda generator, an Xbox, DeWalt power tools, three nail guns and other random tools were discovered and seized from the scene.
